About Karin Momberg
Specialist in Panic Reprocessing and Nervous System Retraining
My approach
I work primarily with adults experiencing recurrent panic attacks and chronic anxiety. For many people, panic attacks feel sudden, frightening, and difficult to understand. The physical sensations can be overwhelming, and the fear they create often reinforces the cycle of panic itself.
Over the years, I have seen how panic becomes a conditioned nervous system response — reinforced by fear, avoidance, and repeated misinterpretation of internal sensations.
Most panic treatments focus primarily on managing symptoms. My work focuses on retraining the response itself.
Through a structured combination of clinical hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, and subconscious reprocessing, we identify the root patterns that keep panic active — and begin to change them.
This is not about temporary coping strategies. It is about interrupting the cycle at its core.
This work is delivered through a structured 6-session panic retraining program designed to interrupt the panic cycle.
Why I Specialize in Panic and Anxiety
Over time, my work became increasingly focused on individuals experiencing recurrent panic attacks and chronic anxiety.
Panic can be one of the most confusing and frightening experiences for many people. The physical symptoms are intense, and the fear they generate can quickly become a self-reinforcing cycle.
Specializing in panic allows me to focus deeply on understanding these patterns and helping clients retrain the nervous system responses that maintain them.
Two Complementary Approaches in My Work
Over the years, my work has evolved into two complementary therapeutic directions.
One of these directions focuses on a structured clinical approach designed to help individuals experiencing recurrent panic attacks, chronic anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation. This work integrates clinical hypnosis, NLP-based techniques, and mindfulness practices in a structured therapeutic process aimed at retraining the nervous system and interrupting the panic cycle.
This approach is reflected in the Panic Cycle Recovery Program, a six-session program designed to help clients develop more stable and regulated responses to anxiety.
Alongside this structured work, I also continue to offer a more spiritually oriented therapeutic approach for individuals who feel called to explore deeper aspects of personal healing and self-understanding.
This includes modalities such as Soul Centered Healing (SCH) Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) and Past Life Regression, which focus on exploring the deeper layers of consciousness, belief systems, and personal meaning.
While these two approaches differ in their methods, they share the same intention: helping individuals understand themselves more deeply and move toward greater balance, clarity, and well-being.
In the future, the spiritual work will be presented through a separate website dedicated specifically to that area.
Professional background
I am a trained clinical hypnotherapist and NLP licensed trainer with experience working with anxiety-related conditions.
While I have worked with a wider range of issues in the past, my practice is now focused specifically on recurrent panic attacks and chronic anxiety.
My work integrates clinical hypnotherapy, NLP and mindfulness-based practices, helping clients understand and retrain the conditioned responses of the nervous system that maintain panic.
Sessions are delivered online, allowing clients from different locations to work through the process in a structured and consistent way.
Who This Work Is For
This process is designed for individuals experiencing recurrent panic attacks or chronic anxiety who are ready to actively participate in change.
Because nervous system retraining requires consistency, the process involves weekly sessions and personal engagement between sessions.
Openness, commitment, and willingness to explore underlying patterns are essential for this work.
Not everyone is accepted into the process. The consultation allows us to determine whether this structured intervention is appropriate for your situation.
This work is best suited for individuals who are motivated to understand and retrain the patterns that maintain panic, gradually learning to respond to internal sensations with awareness rather than reacting automatically with fear.

educational resources
Understanding panic attacks can be an important first step toward recovery.
Through the blog I share educational articles explaining what panic attacks are, why the symptoms occur, and how the nervous system can become conditioned to respond with panic.
These resources explore topics such as the panic cycle, physical symptoms of panic attacks, common triggers, and why panic can sometimes feel like a serious medical emergency.
Reading about these mechanisms can help many people make sense of their experiences and begin to see panic from a different perspective.
