Online Panic Attack Treatment Program

A Structured 6-Session PROGRAM for Adults Experiencing Recurrent
Panic Attacks AND CHRONIC ANXIETY

Panic is a conditioned nervous system response — and it can be retrained.

Why Panic Persists

Panic attacks rarely appear “out of nowhere.”

While they may feel sudden and unpredictable, they are usually the result of patterns that have been developing over time.

In many cases, the foundations of panic sensitivity were shaped during childhood or early adolescence — periods when the nervous system and identity are still forming.

Certain experiences, especially those that felt overwhelming, confusing, or emotionally intense, may not have been fully understood or integrated at the time. A developing mind does not yet have the maturity to process everything it encounters.

As a form of self-protection, the nervous system adapts.

Some responses become heightened.
Some emotions become suppressed.
Some experiences are pushed outside of conscious awareness.

These adaptations are intelligent in the moment — they help the individual cope.

But over time, what began as protection can evolve into hypervigilance, fear of internal sensations, and a conditioned panic response.

Because these early patterns are often outside conscious awareness, people frequently struggle to connect their present-day panic with earlier experiences. This creates the impression that panic has appeared suddenly — when in reality, it has been gradually reinforced.

Beliefs about oneself also play a role.
If someone internalised ideas such as “I am not safe,” “I cannot cope,” or “Something is wrong with me,” those beliefs subtly shape perception, behaviour and physiological response.

The brain is not fixed. It adapts continuously.

What was once learned as a survival mechanism can be unlearned and replaced with more regulated, stable patterns.

This programme addresses panic attacks and chronic anxiety at that level — not just managing symptoms, but retraining the conditioned response shaped by experience.

This program integrates conscious psychological understanding with structured subconscious reprocessing.
Both levels must work together for durable change.

The 6-Session Nervous System Retraining Process

Session 1
Clinical Assessment & Psychological Mapping

The first session doesn’t include hypnosis.

It is a structured psychological assessment where we explore:

  • Your personal history

  • Significant life experiences

  • Early emotional patterns

  • Medical background

  • The development of your anxiety and panic

Understanding the origin and reinforcement of your panic response provides clarity.

Many clients leave this session already feeling relief — not because the work is finished, but because the pattern finally makes sense.

Clarity reduces fear of the unknown.
Understanding restores a sense of direction.

You will also leave with practical regulation tools to begin stabilising your nervous system immediately.

Session 2

Introducing the Hypnotic Work

From the second session onward, we begin working with clinical hypnosis.

The session starts with guided relaxation, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to enter a state of focused attention. In this state, the mind becomes less dominated by constant analysis and more open to deeper processing.

This allows us to begin working at the subconscious level, where many of the patterns associated with anxiety and panic are stored.

Using clinical hypnosis together with NLP-based techniques, we start gently accessing and reshaping the internal associations that influence how the nervous system responds to stress and perceived threat.

For many clients, this is the first time they experience how their mind can shift into a calmer, more regulated state while still remaining aware and in control.

This session marks the beginning of the deeper subconscious work that continues throughout the program.

Session 3
Subconscious Reprocessing

By this stage, the mind and nervous system are already more familiar with the hypnotic process.

Session three begins the deeper phase of the work.

Using clinical hypnosis together with NLP-based techniques, we start working more directly with the subconscious patterns that maintain anxiety and panic responses.

Depending on the individual history of the client, this may involve:

  • revisiting formative experiences from a more regulated state

  • identifying and working with different internal parts involved in the anxiety response

  • reframing earlier interpretations that shaped current emotional reactions

  • reducing the intensity of triggers connected to panic sensations

The goal is not to analyse the past endlessly, but to update how the nervous system interprets and responds to certain experiences.

As subconscious meaning changes, the physiological panic response begins to lose strength.

Session 4
Regulation and Nervous System Integration

By this stage, the work begins to translate more clearly into everyday experience.

Many clients already notice shifts in how their body responds to previously triggering sensations.

In this phase, we strengthen the new response patterns through continued subconscious work, while also integrating mindfulness-based regulation techniques that support stability in daily life.

Mindfulness plays an important role in this process.

Many people experiencing anxiety or panic live in a constant state of mental projection into the future, while the body reacts in the present moment. This disconnect often intensifies the panic cycle.

Learning to anchor attention gently in the present moment helps regulate the nervous system and reduces the sense of internal threat.

These practices are simple but powerful. When used consistently, they support the deeper subconscious changes taking place during the program.

Session 5
Re-engaging with Daily Life

As the nervous system becomes more regulated and the subconscious panic patterns begin to shift, many clients start noticing a greater sense of internal stability.

This often makes it possible to gradually re-engage with situations that previously felt overwhelming or unsafe.

For many people, these situations include:

  • spending time in public spaces

  • attending social gatherings

  • travelling or using public transport

  • improving sleep and reducing nighttime anxiety

The aim is not to force exposure, but to approach these experiences from a more regulated and confident state.

As the body learns that these situations are no longer associated with danger, avoidance begins to lose its hold.

Each successful experience reinforces the new pattern of safety and control.

Session 6
Consolidation and Long-Term Stability

The final session focuses on consolidating the changes that have taken place throughout the program.

By this stage, many clients report a noticeable shift in how they relate to their internal experiences. Panic sensations are no longer interpreted as immediate danger, and emotional states become easier to regulate.

Rather than trying to eliminate anxiety entirely, the work helps restore its natural role as part of the body’s warning system — something that can be understood and managed rather than feared.

During this phase we also use guided hypnotic work to explore future scenarios that previously triggered anxiety. Situations that once felt overwhelming — such as travelling, social gatherings or being in public spaces — are mentally rehearsed from a calmer, more regulated state.

This process helps the nervous system experience these situations differently before they occur in real life, reinforcing confidence and stability.

Clients often describe:

  • feeling more present in their daily lives

  • sleeping more easily

  • responding to emotional states with greater stability

  • regaining a sense of control over their lives

We also address patterns of self-pressure and high internal expectations, which are commonly linked to anxiety in high-functioning adults.

The goal is not perfection, but resilience.

Small fluctuations in emotional state are normal. What changes is the confidence that you can navigate them without panic taking over.

INVESTMENT

The program is delivered as a structured 6-session process.

Investment: £800

Sessions take place weekly and are conducted online.

Consistency is an essential part of nervous system retraining, which is why the sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis.

The program is designed for individuals who are ready to actively engage in the process and commit to meaningful change.
